Happy Helpers Distribution

Happy Helpers for the Homeless http://www.happyhelpersforthehomeless.com/

This nonprofit organization provides food, toiletries, and clothing to the hungry and homeless. 

Volunteers, as young as 6, are needed Saturdays (11:00 am - 1:30 pm) for preparation and Sundays (1:00 pm-4:00 pm) for distributing items and bag lunches in downtown Baltimore and Glen Burnie.

On both Saturdays and Sundays volunteers can meet at the 7-11, 7701 Quarterfield Road, in Glen Burnie, MD at 11 am on Saturdays and 1 pm on Sundays - to caravan up to Baltimore.  On Saturdays preparation takes place at Happy Helpers headquarters, located at 1550 Catons Center Drive, Halethorpe, MD 21227.  On Sundays distribution occurs at Our Daily Bread, 725 Fallsway, Baltimore, MD.  

Ongoing donations needed: men’s socks, toiletry items, men’s clothing, blankets, shoes in very good condition, sturdy napkins/paper towels, mustard, juice boxes, fold-over sandwich bags, lunch meat and fresh fruit.  Ongoing through winter is the, coat, blanket, and gloves drive.
